Known for his pressure, toughness and hard-nosed style, Murdoch has quickly built a reputation as one of Australia’s most dangerous emerging fighters. His record includes five knockout victories, two submissions and one decision win.
Murdoch trains at Freestyle MMA alongside UFC great Alex Volkanovski and fellow PRP Global athlete Colby Thicknesse. The gym’s high-performance environment has helped shape his disciplined and physical approach to competition.
Murdoch most recently defeated Japan’s Yunosuke Minami in the Road to UFC bantamweight tournament, securing an arm-triangle choke submission in the third round. The victory improved his professional record to 8–1 and added another significant international win to his résumé. Tapology
