We ship across Australia and to 40 countries worldwide.

Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Australia

Standard. $9.95. 2 to 8 business days after dispatch.
Express. $14.95. 1 to 4 business days after dispatch.
Free standard shipping on all orders over $230.

Delivery times vary by state and by metro or regional address. WA, NT and regional areas sit at the longer end of these ranges.

International

Standard International. $34.95 flat rate. 7 to 21 business days after dispatch.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or the shipping cost. Any duties, taxes or customs charges are set by the destination country and are payable by the customer on arrival. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Tracking:Tracking is emailed to you on dispatch. Orders ship with Australia Post or Couriers Please.

Delays: Delivery estimates are estimates. Carrier delays, weather and peak periods can push transit times beyond these windows. If your order has not arrived within the stated window, email us at team@prpglobal.com.

Incorrect addresses: Check your address before completing checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will need to be reshipped at the customer's cost.
